With our exclusive double-barrel cartridge, the dual cartridges isolate the two resin components until needed. The compartments are isolated so there is no cross-contamination of materials. Mixing occurs as the materials are dispensed through the motionless mixing nozzle. This system has significant advantages over traditional two-component mix products or single component water base or vapor cure systems:
RANGE OF APPLICATION
ุ Floor demarcation marking for egress system ุ Inlays in wood and Aluminium ุ Dispersed into tile, glass, terrazzo a ุ Fill for separation and breaks in substrates or for hollowed areas
DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION

The use of the
The mixing takes place in a static mixer, which delivers the mixed product to the required surface. If a cartridge is not used up the static mixer will need to be replaced prior to the next use.
* Do not add solvents to the product. SURFACE PREPARATION SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be sound, clean and dry. Remove dust, grease, waxes, oils, curing compounds, coatings and any other contaminants.
With all applications a
primer is applied to the surface area before application of

for instructions if material comes in contact with eyes or skin.
MAINTENANCE OF
EQUIPMENT
Cartridges and static
mixers are disposable. Dispose in accordance with current applicable local,
state and federal regulations. Tools and equipment are best cleaned immediately
after use. Acetone may be used to clean tools and equipment.

NOTE
APPLICATION All site work and applications are done using our fully trained and pre-qualified installers. Depending upon the site requirements, layout and in particular access there are a number of processes and equipment that we use. For stairs and landings in Fire Escapes for example we can use either a masking tape or a Polypropylene stencil which we design and manufacture for the site using laser profiling to ensure dimensional standards [which are critical for safety egress systems] are maintained during installation throughout the site. For more 'open areas & sites' such as walkways, hallways and path marking systems in hospitals, nursing homes, commercial and industrial complexes office buildings, warehouse, train and bus stations etc a number of application systems are available. MASKING TAPE: STEP ONE:
We place masking tape

Dispense material as
required to meet the dimensional requirements of the marking down the middle of
the tape. Note the majority of our applications are normally completed using a mechanical system but again depending on site requirements some applications may be done manually as shown above applying primer and below applying top coat; STEP FIVE
After the material has
been dispensed between the stencil tapes, the stencil tape can be removed
immediately. Do not wait more than 2 minutes to remove the stencil tape. Remove
one side of the stencil tape at a time, pulling the stencil tape towards the
centre of the strip. This will keep the material from spreading outward from the
centre.

traffic it is advised to block off the area for 8 hours. These times may vary
depending on ambient temperature. CLEAN UP
Any unused material
left in the cartridges may be stored for future use. OUR EQUIPMENT IS- 100% Australian Owned and Manufactured
